This week’s meeting of the Select Board will provide Reading residents an update on the town’s solid waste contract. There will be a tax classification hearing, an update from ReCalc that will include some preliminary survey results, and a possible extension of the service of the committee. Town meeting Article 19 will also be discussed, with a potential option to table the warrant article to a special town meeting in February. In addition, the RAAC recommendations for allocations of ARPA funding will be discussed and voted on by the Select Board.
