Reading Select Board member, Jackie McCarthy, will be having her second round of office hours tomorrow morning. Jackie will be available at the Burbank YMCA, located at 36 Arthur B Lord Drive, starting at 8:30AM and then again at 6:00PM in Town Hall, 16 Lowell Street.
