via the Town of Reading – A planned water line connection at the constructed wetlands project will require Willow Street to be shut down to allow construction to occur. Starting on Monday 10/30 and continuing until Friday 11/3, with work taking place each day between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Willow Street will be open to local residents only from either side, but with no traffic allowed across the railroad tracks.
