via the Town of Reading – The Compost Center is open this week to dispose of leaves, branches and yard waste due to the recent storm.

Open hours this week: Thursday 12/21: 8am – 2pm and Friday 12/22: 8am – 2pm
The Compost Center is located on Strout Avenue.
The next time the Compost Center will be open is January 13th from 8AM to 2:30PM for Christmas Tree Drop offs. You may also bring bags of leaves. The Spring schedule will be posted as soon as it’s available.
