Post Martini features guests’ choice of Gin Mare or Grey Goose with tea smoked Carpano Dry Vermouth, sesame oil drops, and Roquefort stuffed olives. The Espresso Martini features Espresso Infused Wheatley Vodka, fresh espresso, Caffè Borghetti Espresso, and Demerara Gomme Syrup. Amalfi Sky features Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Infused Haku Vodka, Italicus, grapefruit and lemon juices, Giffard Grenadine, and Fee Foam.
