The Select Board will be meeting this evening at 7:00pm in the Select Board meeting room and on Zoom. The first two topics on the agenda are Executive Session items pertaining to litigation regarding unpaid police detail invoices & the the Estate of Alan Greenough and Anthony Perrotti. Afterwards, the board will discuss and potentially vote to waive attorney client privilege on the legal memo discussing the Killam School Building Committee dated July 5, 2024. This topic was on the boards last agenda but was not taken up do to adjourning early.
Next, the board will hold a series of public hearings regarding traffic on Grove Street and Franklin Street and pedestrian safety. The board will also hear about potentially using Vine Street as a solution to Austin Prep’s on-street parking issues noted during a previous meeting.
Lastly, the board will discuss the Ice Arena Update/ Annual Meeting and potentially amending the lease. The lease itself is in the packet starting at page 11 but no information is provided regarding any changes.
