Thanks to inspired parents in our Coolidge community (PTO President Amanda Haley and Parent Alicia Williams), they are organizing a “Clean Our Courtyard” event on October 22nd from 10:00am – 2:00pm.
Coolidge has two large courtyards that are used for breaks, outdoor classrooms, Advisory games, and that also are areas that are just nice to look at, as many classrooms abut the courtyards. One is considered the “student courtyard”, and it is this courtyard that our community would like to spruce up! This project is supported by the town, including our superintendent, our town manager, the DPW, and our facilities department.
The project could use help, both in the form of people willing to do hands on work as well as those who may be able to donate supplies.
