There have been reports online of water bills not showing up for residents. For some residents, your auto-pay may have been processed on January 16th for the most recent quarters water bill. For others, the due date may have been extended until February 15th and not yet viewable online. You may also be receiving a paper copy in the mail today or tomorrow.
** 1:37PM update: Residents may be receiving copies that show they are now 2 days late paying. We’ll update this article when we have an answer on that.
** 4:40PM update: It should say that the due date has been extended to 2/15 due to software/printing issues on the top/bottom of the bill. Example bill attached.
The best way to check your status is by logging into the Towns Invoice Cloud portal located here: https://www.invoicecloud.com/readingma and selecting the Water/Sewer tab. You can also sign up for an account and check out other Town related bills there as well.
