Town Clerk Laura Gemme has provided her second update for all of the open seats in the April 8, 2025 local election. We will provide updates every Thursday until the ballot is finalized as nomination papers are not official until returned and certified by the Town Clerk and Board of Registrars. The last day to pull papers is February 18, 2025 by 5PM and all must be returned by February 18, 2025 by 5PM.
Starting off with the Select Board, the two candidates for re-election to the Select Board Melissa Murphy and Mark Dockser have not pulled papers. From the School Committee, incumbents Charles Robinson and Tom Wise have not pulled papers, whereas Lara Durgavich pulled papers last Thursday. From the RMLD Board of Commissioners, David Talbot pulled his re-election papers today along with Adam Swanson.
Wrapping things up with the The Board of Library Trustees with Kelli Bacon pulling papers today as well.
Town meeting had 8 individuals pull papers this week, all of which were incumbents other than Timothy Kirwan in Precinct 7.
