The RPL Writer’s Group is designed to meet writers where they are –whether your project is memoir, journaling, essay, fiction, or something else— and this three-part introduction can help you start from scratch or help you to continue and complete work you’ve already begun.
The theme of the first meeting is Getting to Know You; each meeting will include a writing exercise, illustrative techniques, writing samples, and encouragement. Attendance at all three sessions is encouraged, but you are most welcome even if you can only manage one or two; contact Elizabeth at the library about between-session assignments.
Workshop Dates: Wednesdays at 10:00 am (September 13, September 20, and September 27) in the Innovation Studio on the main floor.
